Freeport West contributes resources, teaches new skills and actively supports the strengths and efforts of youth and families. We work with those youth and families most likely to experience poverty, oppression, institutionalization and violence.
A wide range of hands-on assistance is offered, such as housing, in-home parenting training, assessment and advocacy. We also work with outside agencies for access to additional services.
