StreetWorks
Involving 13 local organizations to better assist homeless youth
StreetWorks Outreach Collaborative involves thirteen local youth-serving programs in street outreach to homeless youth. This collaborative approach allows the member agencies to maximize their street outreach coverage without duplicating services in any one geographic area. Emergency case management and access to essential resources (i.e. mittens, socks, food and emergency shelter), is coordinated through street outreach workers and StreetWorks staff.
StreetWorks Manual
Freeport West provides the StreetWorks Manual, designed for youth workers, outreach workers, and supervisors who engage and support homeless runaway and at-risk youth. Find out more about the StreetWorks Manual >
